It is very easy to book your next holiday at Glebe Farm Holiday Cottages.

First of all, check the online availability sheet 2012 booking list.pdf and make sure that you are happy with our terms and conditions below.
Second, if it says its available, you may be in luck, but the online sheet is not a guarantee I’m afraid, so email or call first to be sure. (I keep the sheet as up to date as I can, but it is not done automatically - LAST UPDATE: 6/1/12).
Third, contact Rona who will send you a booking form to fill in: email it to us on rona.norton@btinternet.com or post it to Rona Norton, Beck Farm, Frettenham, Norwich, Norfolk, NR12 7NF.
That’s it! We’ll be in touch to confirm your booking as soon as we can!
Don’t forget, out of season weekend lettings are available (Friday to Sunday/Monday) £140, and the cottages are available for long winter lets. Anything we can help you with? Just EMAIL RONA

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1 Provisional bookings will be held for seven days, and confirmed on the receipt of the deposit 2 For bookings made more than 4 weeks before arrival, a deposit of one third of the hire charge is payable, 3 For bookings made 4 weeks or less, the full amount is payable on booking
4. The hirer is responsible for the property and is expected to take all reasonable care of it. The property must be left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period.
5. Visitors are responsible for any breakages or damage, and must inform the owners of such. 6 Pets are not to be left unattended in the cottage, and are not allowed in bedrooms or on uncovered sofas. 7 All cottage interiors are NO smoking. 8 Booking is from 2 pm on day of arrival to 10 am on day of departure.
9 Visitors are responsible for their own cancellation insurance arrangements.
10 The owners reserve the right to terminate the booking without refund if the behaviour of any guest is considered unacceptable, or if the number of occupants exceeds that stated at the time of booking.
Value added tax is included in the Hire Fee
