The east wing of the main house, a Georgian former Rectory now used as a farm house, with beautiful high ceilings and south facing windows to watch the rabbits, squirrels and pheasants in the large garden and fields beyond.

Master bedroom (double bed, wardrobe, south facing views over garden), second bedroom (south facing, single bed, pretty country furniture), third bedroom (views over vegetable garden, single bed). Family bathroom - spacious and clean, with shower over bath.
DOWNSTAIRS
Fully equipped kitchen/diner for 4 people with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Leads through to the living room with comfy sofas, TV, games and DVD player. Also a second WC and large understair storage area (perfect cosy area for your pets...).
OUTSIDE
Sunny terrace with garden furniture, surrounded by extensive gardens, mature trees and farmland beyond. Hard-standing for cars, security light, washing line. BBQ.
